At Late Night Tales, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch and delivery of both digital and physical products purchased through our website.

1. Digital Products

All digital downloads are delivered immediately upon successful completion of payment. Customers will receive a download link via email or through their account on our website.

Pre-Orders: If you purchase a digital product on pre-order, it will be delivered on the official release date.

If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team at sales@latenighttales.co.uk.

2. Physical Products

We strive to dispatch all physical products within 3-5 working days of receiving an order.

Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items will be dispatched in good time to ensure arrival on or as close as possible to the official release date.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them separately at our discretion, or delay dispatch until the pre-order item is available.

3. Delivery Times & Carriers

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

UK Deliveries: Typically arrive within 2-5 working days from the dispatch date.

International Deliveries: Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and local postal services but typically range from 7-21 working days.

All estimated delivery times are subject to external factors beyond our control, including postal delays, customs processing times, and force majeure events.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at the time of order.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Non-Delivery & Lost Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

UK customers should wait at least 10 working days from the dispatch date before reporting a missing item.

International customers should wait at least 25 working days from the dispatch date.

If your item is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to our investigation process.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, customers have a statutory right to cancel most physical product orders within 14 days of receipt and return the item in its original, unused condition for a refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, as they are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Pre-orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch or digital release by contacting our support team.
