In celebration of ten years of impeccably selected compilations, We are proud to present a very limited edition deluxe 'Decade' CD box set comprising all 27 albums in the series. The set includes every Another Late Night & Late Night Tales album, from Fila Brazilia in 2001 through to our most recent MGMT release, Also included is the very rare 'Cover Versions' album previously only available in Japan.
Since 2001 we've benefited from a bewildering array of styles and choices, from the questing genre-bender Four Tet to the happy-go-lucky vibes of Sly & Robbie. Occasionally, the compiler has opted for an unspoken theme that threads their choices together like the melancholy blues of Turin Brakes' fine selection or, more recently, Trentemøller's surprising and intensely atmospheric dark pop.
All our compilations have a unique aspect to them thanks to the now-established tradition of each compiler providing us with a cover version. Thus Tommy Guerrero turned the Beatles' 'Come Together' into a sweaty Latino groove, the Gang Of Four's 'Paralysed' never sounded so fun in the hands of Kid Loco, while Lindstrøm tackled Vangelis' obscure chillout classic 'Let It Happen', transforming it into a baking slice of electro-disco.
